Before and After: Transitional Bedroom

nikki M. redesigns a bedroom and bathroom by blending modern style with warm neutrals to create a sophisticated retreat.

BEFORE:

The room was cluttered, outdated, and did not accommodate a reading area which the homeowners desired. 

AFTER:

Clever redesign by Creative Storage, of the homeowners walk-in closet allowed several pieces of furniture to be removed from the bedroom freeing up much needed space. Gorgeous wood flooring and a tin ceiling were added to create warmth and architectural interest. Subtle paint color created a cozy feeling while keeping the space open and bright. Modern and traditional items were carefully combined to form a transitional style, enhancing the overall design.
